Prior to his current role, Dr. Kumar worked as a Research Scientist at Jubilant Biosys Limited in Greater Noida from January 2021 to December 2022. There, he led synthetic route design and execution for target organic molecules. He also served as a Senior Research Fellow on a CSIR project at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, where he worked on designing and evaluating anticancer compounds. Additionally, he was a Research Associate at Jubilant Chemsys Limited from 2012 to 2015.
