Following her passion for geriatric and community health, she pursued a Master's in Geriatric and Community Health Nursing in 2013, and later earned her Ph.D. in the same field in 2019. Her dedication to nursing was evident during her internship year at Mansoura University Hospitals from August 2007 to August 2008.

Subsequently, she joined RAKMHSU, where she served as a Clinical Instructor from 2014 to 2016 and later as an Assistant Professor from 2020 to the present, specializing in Community Health Nursing. Dr. Ibrahim also took on the role of BSN Year 4 Class Coordinator for two years.

Her commitment to professional development is evident through her memberships in organizations such as the Egyptian Nursing Syndicate and obtaining certifications like MOH and BLS. Additionally, she actively contributes to committees within RAKMHSU, serving on the Curriculum Committee, SNF Committee, College Council Committee, Vetting Committee, and more.

Notable works include research on the acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine among older adults, the effects of a home-based Tai Chi exercise program on various aspects of well-being, and the psychological distress experienced by older adults during the COVID-19 pandemic.
