He briefly held the position of Director at the Research-Development Station for Viticulture and Winemaking Iași in 2014. Concurrently, he has been a Lecturer and Assistant Associate at the Iași University of Life Sciences since October 2005. In addition to his academic roles, he is the Company Administrator and Shareholder of S.C. VINSANTO S.R.L., a position he has held since August 2018, where he oversees business and management consulting activities.
