Research Interests
Mr. Hazim Ahmed’s research interests primarily focus on advancing the field of plastic surgery through both innovative techniques and comprehensive studies. His Master’s thesis centered on new advances in the management of abdominal wall reconstruction, reflecting a deep commitment to improving surgical outcomes. Currently, Mr. Ahmed is engaged in several research projects, including a prospective study on the socioeconomic effects of circular saw injuries and a retrospective analysis of failed free flaps in limb reconstruction. Additionally, he is investigating the challenges associated with bilateral autologous breast reconstruction. His published work includes a notable case report on Primary Essential Cutis Vertices Gyrate, demonstrating his dedication to contributing valuable insights to the field. His ongoing research aims to address complex issues and improve patient care in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery.
