Prof. Dr. Guoping Yan embarked on his academic journey at Wuhan University, where he earned both his bachelor’s and doctoral degrees in 1994 and 2002, respectively. His strong foundation in polymer chemistry and material sciences paved the way for his advanced research career. Following his Ph.D., he engaged in postdoctoral research at the prestigious Agency for Science, Technology and Research in Singapore and later at Queensland University of Technology in Australia, where he deepened his expertise in biomedical materials and polymer chemistry.

He currently serves at Quzhou University, China, as a professor at the College of Chemical and Material Engineering.
