Since 2022, she has been a Junior Research Fellow Extension at SSN College of Engineering, where she actively contributes to the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Her earlier roles included being a Teaching Assistant and Junior Research Fellow at the same institution. Before transitioning to research, Monisha gained industry experience as a Web Designer at ScopeDev Private Limited and as a Project Trainee at SoftLogic Systems Private Limited.
