Dr. Meng-Tsan received his Ph.D. and MS from Tohoku University in Sendai, Japan. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree from National Taiwan Ocean University.

Dr. Meng-Tsan’s professional experience includes serving as a member of the Health Food Review Committee for the Food and Drug Administration and as a member of the Editorial Board for the Journal of Food and Drug Analysis.
