🏆 Achievements and Contributions

Mr. Álvaro is the proud winner of the III Bioinformatics Datathon, organized by the University of Granada. He is also one of the main developers of the Shiny app ObMetrics, a tool designed to calculate a wide range of Metabolic Syndrome outputs tailored to pediatric patients. His involvement in numerous national and international congresses through posters and oral presentations further showcases his active engagement in the research community.

🛠️ Skills and Certifications

Mr. Álvaro has completed several courses to enhance his technical expertise, including R/RStudio/Shiny, Python, and LaTeX. He has also gained specialized knowledge in GWAS analysis, exposome studies, and systematic reviews/meta-analyses. In 2019, he earned a Certificate of Integrated Skills in English (Level B2) from Trinity College London.
